Public Alpha 1 Released
After commencing the start of the project on December 4 2023, I'm happy to put out a public alpha test of one of my favourite childhood games that I'm rewriting from the ground-up.
The main hook of this game for me is the ability to set up your party's attacks and positions, all while being able to dilate time! However, the original Multimedia Fusion build of the game from almost 21 years ago has not aged well engine & design wise. So I address all of them!
The only thing lacking at the moment is further accessibility options, such as hotkey rebindings and being able to set custom window resolutions. At the moment, the game auto-detects what kind of monitor you're using and will do its best to fit & scale accordingly. It could also use a tutorialisation too, as the game isn't immediately obvious to understand right away! That's where you come in, especially if you're seeing such a game for the first time!
So far, for familiar players, only the first world is available to play. The remaining 4 worlds will come in due time! I would like to see how the game reacts on different computers.
